This Agreement is made effective upon the date of purchase by and between the client and Christina Achkar -The Effortlessly Feminine. 

1. Service Description: The Client agrees to engage the Coach to provide coaching services as described on the Coach's website or in promotional materials.

2. No Refunds Policy: The Client understands and agrees that all payments for coaching services are final and non-refundable.

3. Client's Acknowledgements:

3.1. The Client is responsible for their life decisions and for the extent to which they incorporate coaching concepts into their life.

3.2. Coaching services do not involve diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders as defined by the World Health Organization.

3.3. Coaching is not a substitute for counselling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, psychiatric, mental health care, or substance abuse treatment.

3.4. The Client will not use coaching services as a replacement for professional diagnosis, treatment, therapy, or counselling.

3.5. The Client is responsible for their choices regarding the disclosure of personal or sensitive information during coaching sessions.

3.6. The Client agrees to provide necessary personal information for facilitation of services and is responsible for the decision to share further personal or sensitive information.

4. Confidentiality:

4.1. The Client agrees to keep confidential any information received during coaching sessions, unless written consent is given by the Coach.

4.2. The Client will not disclose proprietary practices, materials, fees, or methods identified as confidential by the Coach.

8. Release of Liability:

8.1. The Client releases the Coach from any claims arising from disputes with other participants or clients.

9. Termination:

9.1. This Agreement is valid until terminated by either party or upon completion of the coaching services.

9.2. Obligations which by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect after termination of this Agreement.

10. Intellectual Property:

10.1. All intellectual property related to the Coach's services is owned by the Coach or their affiliates.

10.2. The Client agrees not to infringe upon the Coach's intellectual property rights.

10.3. The Client has no right or license to the Coach's intellectual property, unless expressly granted.

10.4. The Client is not permitted to use the Coach's content or modalities in their own coaching services.

12. Representation:

12.1. The Client confirms they are over 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into this Agreement.

11. Indemnification:

The Client agrees to indemnify the Coach against claims arising from:

11.1. Misuse of the website.

11.2. Breach of this Agreement.

11.3. Breach of law in relation to their attendance or activities during coaching.
